Crown Vacuum Cupping & Heat Massager
Cupping works by pulling instead of pushing. Where a massage gun drives force into tissue, this draws it upward with negative pressure — which is a different mechanism, and the reason it reaches areas percussion can't get into.
Adjustable suction, built-in heat, and a gua sha edge, in a handheld unit that runs off USB-C. Use it on quads, calves, shoulders, lower back, arms.
What it actually does
The suction lifts the skin and the fascia underneath it away from the muscle. That decompression increases blood flow to the area you're treating — that part is well documented and measurable. The heat adds vasodilation on top of it.
What the research does not settle is whether that translates into faster recovery or less soreness. Studies are mixed and mostly small. So we'll tell you what it does mechanically and let you judge how it feels — we're not going to promise you a recovery breakthrough that the evidence doesn't support.
How to use it
- Start on the lowest suction setting. Higher isn't better and it's how people end up with marks they didn't want
- Keep it moving in slow strokes rather than parking it in one spot
- 30 to 60 seconds per area is plenty
- Light circular marks are normal and fade in a few days
Avoid broken skin, varicose veins, and anywhere you bruise easily. Skip it if you're on blood thinners without checking with your doctor.
